Morning: Oporto - Régua - Pinhão - S. João da Pesqueira
Departure to Alto Douro Wine Region. Visit to the S. Leonardo de Galafura viewpoint where you can enjoy a fantastic view. After Régua, we will visit Pinhão, enjoying the beautiful landscapes with the characteristic walled terraces that are the mark of the man-made landscape to enable the cultivation of vines. Visit to the train station of Pinhão and to Casal de Loivos viewpoint. Lunch will be served in S. João da Pesqueira.
Afternoon: S. João da Pesqueira - Oporto
In S. João da Pesqueira we will walk around the historical center and visit the Wine Museum. The Wine Museum of S. João da Pesqueira, which theme focuses on wine and vines, emphasizes the products and activities of the Douro region. During this tour we will stop at a wine farm to taste some magnificent wines. Before return to Oporto we will stop at S. Salvador do Mundo were we can delight ourselves with two fantastic views over the river Douro.
